Welcome to Homeservicy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and home services platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Homeservicy ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website homeservicy.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform to book home services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you do not have our permission to use the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Homeservicy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

3. Description of Services

Homeservicy acts as a marketplace connecting users ("Customers") with independent third-party service professionals ("Service Providers"). We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment of home services including, but not limited to:

Available Categories

  • Plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Home cleaning and deep cleaning.
  • AC repair and appliance maintenance.
  • Painting, carpentry, and general handyman services.

We do not employ the Service Providers directly. All services are performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for the quality and safety of their work.

4. User Accounts

To use our booking services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Important: You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

When you place an order through Homeservicy, you are making an offer to purchase services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the following terms:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • 50% Charge: If cancellation is made between 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

6. Payments & Fees

We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Service Fee

Homeservicy charges a platform fee or commission on top of the base service price charged by the Service Provider. This fee is non-refundable unless the service is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeservicy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

  • Direct or indirect loss of data, profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or use.
  • Damage to your home or property resulting from the services provided.
